Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Secuva's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
These terms apply to all users of Secuva services, including Secuva E8 and Secuva PixelIQ.
Description of Services
Secuva E8:
A compliance management platform that automates Essential 8 framework implementation, monitoring, and reporting for Australian businesses.
Secuva PixelIQ:
An AI-powered medical imaging intelligence platform providing quality assessment, privacy protection, and governance for healthcare imaging workflows.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to compromise the security of our systems
- Not use our services to store or transmit malicious code
- Respect intellectual property rights
Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:
- All data is stored within Australian borders
- We implement enterprise-grade security measures
- You retain ownership of your data
- We will not access your data except as necessary to provide services
- Data processing complies with Australian Privacy Act
Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
- All prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We target 99.9% uptime for our services
- Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance
- We are not liable for downtime beyond our control
- Service credits may apply for significant outages
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secuva's total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or be error-free. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available."
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- We may terminate for breach of terms with 30 days notice
- Immediate termination may occur for severe violations
- Upon termination, you can export your data for 90 days
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
